LMPOA Foundation Events

The 2025 LMPOA Charity Golf Tournament at Steele Canyon Golf Club was nearly a sell out again! This event brought together community members, local businesses, and supporters for a day of camaraderie and purpose. Set against the beautiful backdrop of one of San Diego County’s premier courses, the tournament offered attendees a meaningful way to honor law enforcement while enjoying a memorable day on the course. Players competed in a scramble event, had plenty of raffle prizes, and on-course contests.

Funds raised from this year’s tournament made a direct and tangible difference throughout the community. Proceeds supported a cancer patient bucket list program, helping bring joy and hope to those fighting life-changing battles. The tournament also provided financial assistance to local high school sports teams, allowing young athletes to pursue their passions, and contributed to veteran organizations dedicated to supporting those who served our country. These efforts, along with many more community-based initiatives, highlight how every golfer, sponsor, and donor played a valuable role in strengthening and uplifting the La Mesa community.
